Issue 1
   The thin orange bar is not visible in side menu after selecting a graph listed under side menu (My Graphs, Named Clusters, My  Custom Clusters or Org Custom clusters).

Issue 2
   By pressing ctrl+space the colour scheme of the bell icon is changing to dark colour.but in script it mentioned as the info panel only need to change, not mention anything about the bell icon.
